JULIA MILLER

Julia is a movement professional who is dedicated to helping people achieve their fitness and wellness goals. Her focus is in changing movement patterns or habits so you can be stronger, move better, and reduce chronic pain.
She has taught Pilates for 18 years and received her certification through John White, a second-generation classical Pilates instructor.  In 2014 she completed her master's degree in Kinesiology from Andrew Taylor Still University (ATSU).
Julia's current studies have brought her into the world of neurology informed movement and therapy. She is a Level 3 certified Neurokinetic Therapy practitioner and teaching assistant for trainings. She is also a student and practitioner of Z-Health which is the application of neurology to improve performance and the quality of life. She believes it is never too late to learn something new and to grow as a human being!

CLARE KELLEY

Clare is a movement. nature, and public health specialist. Her mission is to reconnect humans to their own nature and to the natural world. All humans welcome! She has taught movement and mindset mentoring for twelve years, grounded in science and complemented with play and curiosity. Clare tailors to your needs, whether that's intense core work and alignment, pain management and stress reduction, or reclaiming wonder. She draws from her multi-modality certifications in Pilates, nature therapy, neurologically informed exercise, functional and natural movement, yoga, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. 
She holds masters degrees from George Washington University in public health and qualitative health research and has apprenticed for 6 years in her Celtic ancestral traditions. 
After living her entire adult life a mile away from the White House, she recently relocated to Tucson and is in love with the Sonoran desert.
