
JULIA MILLER
Julia is a movement professional dedicated to helping people achieve their fitness and wellness goals. Her focus is in changing movement patterns or habits so you can be stronger, move better, and reduce chronic pain. She received her certification through John White, a second-generation classical Pilates instructor and has taught Pilates for over 20 years. In 2014 she completed her master's degree in Kinesiology from Andrew Taylor Still University (ATSU). Julia's current studies have brought her into the world of neurology informed movement and therapy. She is a Level 3 certified Neurokinetic Therapy practitioner and teaching assistant for trainings. She is also a student and practitioner of Z-Health which is the application of neurology to improve performance and the quality of life. Julia believes it is never too late to learn something new and to grow as a human being!
