SESSIONS

Holistic approach

There are many factors involved in achieving our fitness and wellness goals. Our bodies are first and foremost concerned with being safe and healthy. Only when these needs are met are we given access to strength, performance and our full potential. It is important to consider and validate the emotional, mental, and social factors that are influencing the physical/neuromuscular so that our fitness goals can be met.

 PILATES

Private sessions are based on Neurokinetic Therapy assessments and are tailored for your specific needs. Duet and trio sessions are also available. All Pilates sessions are private (there is one teacher in the studio at a time) allowing you to focus on your workout without interruption.

NEUROKINETIC THERAPY

The focus of these sessions is to find and treat dysfunctional movement patterns that are causing pain, limiting range of motion, or preventing desired muscle strengthening. NKT empowers you to change the way you move and heal yourself. You'll be given a short series of exercises to reinforce the corrected movement patterns.

MSTR

McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release (MSTR) is a gentle technique that works directly on scar tissue as well as adhesions around the scar. It improves nerve function, lymph and blood flow and the natural gliding of connective tissue.  What you'll notice after a session is less stiffness and improved range of motion.
