ABOUT HMS
At Human Movement Studio our goal is to provide a comfortable, safe, and supportive environment where you can reach your fitness goals. During your private or small group session there is only one teacher in the studio with you allowing for a focused mind-body workout.

SESSIONS
Holistic approach
There are many factors involved in achieving our fitness and wellness goals. Our bodies are first and foremost concerned with being safe and healthy. Only when these needs are met are we given access to strength, performance and our full potential.



PRIVATE PILATES
Private sessions are based on Neurokinetic Therapy and Z Health assessments and are tailored for your specific needs. Private sessions include the use of the Pilates equipment to provide resistance, feedback, and assistance while you learn new movement skills.
HOLISTIC MOVEMENT
These sessions are for those recovering from an injury or surgery, experiencing chronic pain/health issues or interested in improving athletic performance. They include Neurokinetic Therapy, McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release®, Z Health and methods that calm the nervous system and promote healing.
GROUP CLASSES
Group Pilates at Human Movement Studio are mat classes, duets or trios. The mat classes can be done in the studio or you can join in through Zoom. Duets and trios involve both mat work and the equipment.
